Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our 20 litre Zar water jars, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except as outlined below for exceptional circumstances:

📌 When Refunds May Apply

1. Defective or Damaged Delivery
   If your 20 L jar is delivered with visible damage (leak, crack, contamination), please inform us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

2. Service Errors
   In cases of incorrect billing or delivery error directly caused by Spring Bloom (e.g., wrong address, duplicate charges), please contact us within 48 hours for an investigation and resolution.

🚫 Refunds Not Provided For:

• Change of mind, order cancellation after confirmation, unused restocked jars

• Delays in delivery due to external logistics or environmental factors

• Any issues not reported within the specified time frame
