By using our 20L Zar jar water delivery service, whether via website, phone, WhatsApp, or in-person orders, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept any part, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our platforms—including designs, text, logos, images, and software—is owned by Spring Bloom or its licensors. You may access and use this content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any trademark or copyrighted material without our express written permission.

2. Acceptable Use

You commit to using our service strictly for lawful purposes. The following actions are prohibited:

• Abusing or impairing service functionality

• Transmitting malware or malicious content

• Unauthorized data extraction (e.g. scraping)

3. Account and Access

This service covers:

• Delivery of 20 L Zar jars to homes, offices, and institutions

• Scheduling of refills and subscription plans

• Handling jar deposits, collection, and exchanges

• Billing, payment processing, and refunds (if applicable)

5. Jar Deposit & Pricing

• A non-refundable deposit (e.g. ₹150 per jar) may be charged at first order.

• Customers must return jars with caps; missing caps may incur a small charge (e.g. ₹3 per jar).

• All prices include GST; delivery charges may apply separately.

6. Payment Terms

We accept payments via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, or cash on delivery. Cards are subject to validation by the bank; delivery is confirmed only once payment is authorized. We are not liable for any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers. Bisleri

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are possible within 2 hours of placing an order.

• Refunds for incorrect billing or service errors will be handled as per our Refund Policy.

• Security deposit is refundable upon jar return.

• Subscription cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spring Bloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our service or website content.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Spring Bloom, its affiliates, and partners from any losses or claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or violation of third-party rights. springbeverage.com

10. Modifications

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
